During this time when we are all safer at home, I invite you to participate in a Feldenkrais Method of Awareness Through Movement® class from the comfort of your own home.
Staying connected and taking some time for movement together will help ground you and minimize anxiety. You will feel refreshed and renewed afterward.
To participate, all you need is an internet connection, a comfortable space to lay down, and an environment to focus on movement and your sensations.
We will use Zoom as our meeting platform. It is easy to use, you can download it or use it through their website. I can help you log in, if you have technical challenges.
