Awareness Through Movement lessons are gentle, guided movement lessons designed to bring awareness to oneself.  The movements in each lesson gradually develop into movements of greater range and complexity. Each lesson also invite you to explore breathing, thinking, sensing and imagining while moving. Dressed in comfortable clothing, you begin by lying on the floor on a mat.

People feel immediate and surprising results from the lessons, including relaxation, feeling taller and lighter, greater vitality, strength and balance.
